Gerald Atterbury - As President for Y.E.M., Gerald has been with the company since it’s inception in 1984. He brings over 25 years of hands on experience in control system design, and application. Though overseeing all day to day business, he focuses much of his time on business development for both local and national clients. He is a graduate of Bard College.

Billy Wyatt – Bill comes to YEM with over 20 years of experience in the building automaton industry. He has been a leader in the deployment of Open Systems. He has extensive expertise in WEB based systems utilizing open protocols, as well as legacy system integration.

Chris Werneke – As an AEE Certified Energy Auditor, Chris offers an extremely valuable service to our clients. His skill at identifying and documenting a wide range of both energy waste and savings opportunities in existing buildings, gives Y.E.M. Corporation an in house capability not often found in this industry. Chris is currently working on gaining LEED certification in order to advise clients on that program. Chris brings 18 years experience in the HVAC trade and holds a Maryland Master HVAC license.

Robert Loynds – As Vice president of Operations, Robert has oversight responsibilities for all departments involved with project execution and service. These include Design Engineering, Programming, Panel Fabrication, Graphics Generation, Start Up Commissioning, Warranty and Non-warranty Service. With Y.E.M. for 12 years, Robert is a graduate of the Engineering Department at the University of Maryland.

Dave Free and Dave Snowdon are responsible for the design phase of every new project as well as compiling Close Out documents including As Built Drawings. Dave Fee brings 35 years of control system design experience to the company, while Dave Snowdon is recognized as one of the top Trend Controls product and application engineers in North America.

Kevin Hohl – As Service Manager, Kevin oversees our staff of highly qualified technicians and is responsible for building and maintaining our base of service and preventive maintenance accounts. He has over 25 yeas experience in the business and holds a Master HVAC license.

Bob Duley – Previously the owner of Duley Electric, Bob was a subcontractor to Y.E.M. dating back to 1990. In 2006, Duley Electric merged with Y.E.M. Corporation, giving the company in house installation capability for the first time. With 30 years experience, Bob, a licensed Mater Electrician, oversees a growing staff of journeymen and apprentice electricians who install Y.E.M. projects throughout the local region. Bob’s reputation for quality workmanship and his knowledge of state and local codes is a tremendous asset for Y.E.M. and its clients.

Mark Duley – Since joining Y.E.M. Corporation in 2006, Mark has proven his skills in designing and creating our Graphical User Interface Packages for our projects, most of which are web-based. In addition, Mark works at the on going evolution of our Web Site, and provides assistance to both our Sales and Design Engineers.
